If you want to request deletion of data associated with your use of Onto Connect, follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email us at shan@ontotechnologies.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the WhatsApp phone number (in international format) and any relevant business/tenant identifiers (e.g., company name, tenant ID, WABA ID, phone number ID).
3. If you are a tenant admin, you may also request deletion of tenant data through the in-app Data Handling area where available.

What We Delete

We will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize data stored within our systems that is associated with the request, subject to technical constraints, tenant authorization, and any legal obligations to retain certain records.
